Program Summary

The Souris River Watershed District's has general programs that support landowners to implement a range of conservation programs aimed at enhancing ecological health and resilience. It provides funding to support landowners with shelterbelts, hay and forage seed, well water testing, saline seed, gully erosion repair, grassed waterways, pollintator habitat, GROW wetland conservation, stone crossing, alternative watering systems, bank stabilization, and water retention.
