Conservation Goals
The Pembina Valley Watershed District seeks to improve riparian areas and their associated habitat with this program.
Eligible Lands
Eligible landscapes include croplands, rangelands, or pasturelands in the Pembina Valley Watershed.
Additional Details
The project is the property of the applicant after construction.
Commitment
The applicant agrees to contribute goods and services equal to a mutually agreeable percentage of project costs.
Incentive
The Pembina Valley Watershed District will cost share the installation of crossings.

Important to Know
A caveat may be placed on this project by the PVWD if the project value is more than $20,000.
Normally the PVWD places caveats on dams only and are held for 21 years.
The applicant grants the PVWD the right to enter the property for the purposes of surveying, planning, soil investigations, constructing and inspecting the project.
